Why can't we use like our thumb print as an ID or password, I mean really; we are already landing on fricken mars, so why can't we stop a simple crime as this?
I watched 60 minutes sunday and they said HACKERS ARE STEALING 100S OF MILLIONS A DAY BY STEALING ON LINE. I think hackers and people who steal identities should be given the immediate death penalty.

Weird plan. Not a good plan. Identity theft is a major crime these days. The loan will have to be under YOUR name (that is if you can even get one these days). How exactly do you plan to withdraw earnings from 'investments' made in someone else's name? Forge ID documents? Even better . . [...]
It is the commercial/service where the owner gives out his SS number to prove how good his company is.
