My dad had the same problem. You may qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and go through the whole process get a lawyer and clear his name, or go hunting and find the man and other charges as it is considered as identity theft. How I can get a free credit report, when I try it says you cannot confirm my identity.?
8 months ago on I tried to make a free credit report with all three agencies. are asking questions like you have a mortgage bank, which a, b, c, do not when even I have a mortgage so I put none of the above. I was told that was incorrect information and wouldnt give me my credit score. then I've been offline all this time, because move online, etc, and now I tried again and again and told me to confirm my song idenitity and others say it just cannot process. Does anyone know. I think idenity theft I have the time or something because a few months ago they told me I had a credit card and have never had a credit card in my life not even have any card store now.
