Everybody knows that Oprah’s ‘Season’s Favorite Things” show is the most popular show of the year which airs live each year around Thanksgiving. Oprah’s fans will do just about anything to acquire one of the golden tickets and be part of the audience of this special show. Her audience of 300 gets to find out first hand what the season’s favorite things are plus Oprah shares with the studio television audience selected items of her favorite things, no matter what they are or what the cost.

The audience members literally have gifts thrown at them and are showered with gifts each holiday episode. Some audience members have received over $10,000 worth of gifts. Each time this show airs, it is one of the highest rated shows on TV and the reason is obvious.

When a companies product is picked to be on Oprah’s “Season’s Favorite Things” show, they warn the companies, “You are going to get slammed”. One company said that for 6 weeks they could not even get a phone call out from their business, the phone lines were that busy, along with the thousands of internet orders they received.

Gifts totaling from $4000 to $15,000 are given away to every member of the audience and there is one thing that all the gifts have in common.
