well when i play baseball i play every position and we play in 100+ weather for 3 hours or more per day so….

you got a very good point cause i play baseball and basketball for my high school but i think basketball helps me stay in shape a bit more but baseball helps a lot to it gives me a very lean body that the ladies cant keep their hands off lol…but yea just stay active man and you will burn fat
