I'm looking to just be healthy, inside and out. Yes, I'd like to lose some weight and some inches, but my long term goals are just being healthy and taking care of my body.
How much should I work out and what should I eat? I have cut out processed foods but was wondering ifthere's's anything specific that I should be eating?
