How to cure your credit when her mother stole her identity?
The mother of my boyfriend's credit card in his name he knew. He lived in Texas with her mother, but moved to Kentucky in 2003. When he saw your credit report, there were new accounts in Texas in 2004, '05, '06 y. There were more than $ 17,000 in debt on their behalf, did not. His mother recognized some of them, but did not admit them. It's pretty sure she did everything this, as has recently been arrested for shop lifting. Anyway, your credit score is 500, thanks to his mother. He really wants to fix this without his mother in a lot of problems. How will you go about reporting identity theft, without getting his mother in a lot of problems? Any advice would be appreciated.

What steps can you take my uncle to fix this huge legal error?
My uncle owes much money because his name was confused with another man. This is her story: investigative/two-men-same-name- http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/news/ legal-nightmare-20100511 There are steps you can take? Anyone else can use? Perhaps, this is identity theft?
My dad had the same problem. You may qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and go through the whole process get a lawyer and clear his name, or go hunting and find the man and other charges as it is considered as identity theft. But you need proff that guys name was used without your permission (the other). All documents may help. Consult a lawyer. Hope this helps! =] Good luck!
I'm with you on that one. How can an illegal considered to be in good standing. They have lived and worked here illegally for years. Tax fraud, welfare fraud, stolen IDs, driving without license or ins. How is any of that "in good standing". Most of the illegals here do not want "a path to citizenship" they just want to stay here and work as long as they can and then go home. They are using the US for their own gain. It's that simple.
