Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henry signed an immigration reform bill, HB 1804. HB 1804 was adopted by an overwhelming majority in the House and Senate of the Legislature of Oklahoma. The bill has four main topical areas: this is identity theft, ending welfare benefits to illegals, but it empowers state and local police to enforce federal immigration laws, and punishes employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens. You probably have heard and seen some of the statistics related to identity theft. There has been a steady increase in cases of identity theft, affecting someone every 2 seconds.
